Internet not working for a 1 month now no one from bell has contacted me with a follow up

Can you please tell us more in order for us to help you more? Have you contacted Bell Customer Service and reported this?

Is your post related to a new service that has not installed or are you having a problem with a repair to your internet existing service?

If it has to do with an outage, this length of time is not the norm. Is there any major construction activity in your locale that would cause a cable to be damaged?

Have you checked for an Internet outages or major cable & system failures in your area? Please use Bell’ outage check tool. Check for service outages

If no outage is detected, we recommend that you contact Bell Customer Service or Internet Tech support at: : 611 or 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial #611 from any Bell mobile device.

If need be, request to speak to a manager.
