Thanks for your post and welcome to the Bell Community <span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:">🙂</span><BR />Do you notice any issues with your Internet otherwise, or just when you tried to download the update?<BR />Are you using any third party equipment such as a router, and are you connected using a wired or a wireless connection?<BR />If you are still having trouble we recommend that you reboot all equipment and try to download the update.
