&lt;P&gt;Can you share which modem you're using? Do you see the message right on your modem, or elsewhere?&lt;BR /&gt;You can also verify all of the devices that are connected to ensure there are no unknown devices present. Simply access your modem Gui (&lt;STRONG&gt;192.168.2.1&lt;/STRONG&gt;), and then click on &lt;STRONG&gt;My Devices&lt;/STRONG&gt; to see a full list.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Just to clarify, are you are connecting your TV set to the internet, or are you are trying to log into the Bell Fibe TV app?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are logging into the Bell Fibe TV app, you simply need to use the same login information that you use to access MyBell.&lt;/P&gt;
