Hi there @AminJafarov
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
As long as they are not listed as an authorized user on your account they would not have access to your account by calling in. As for the modem, you can change your Modem GUI access password tp prevent them from logging into your modem and changing your settings by:

typing 192.168.2.1 into a web-browser

Select modem preferences

Enter your current password

Change your password.

Hope this helps and Community is here if you have any further questions.

A family member is trying to change my router settings by calling Bell to reset the router or by physically resetting the router. Can this be prevented?

The Giga Hub Router will go to default settings and passwords after a hard reset even the admin password, and show the network name and wifi password on the screen even if you change it to hide and save, Bell said there's nothing they can do about it wich is ridiculous.

Hard reset can only be done by using the reset mini switch and requires physical access to the modem.

Once that is done it will reset to factory defaults as that is the point of the hard reset.

Not sure what else to tell you...

You can even reset the modem with the front buttons and loose all the changes
