      <description>&lt;P&gt;Three questions:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- how do I find out which GigaHub version I have?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- how do I get the admin password sent to my email (e.g. like here, but this is different GigaHub version and doesn't have the same UI&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- how do I fix the problem below?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. As for the other questions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- &lt;EM&gt;how do I get the admin password sent to my email?&lt;/EM&gt; Since I wasn't able to login, I called tech support and he was able to reset my password to the default remotely.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;- how do I fix the problem below? (i.e. Initialization failed)&lt;/EM&gt; It seemed to have resolved itself after a while.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
