    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Our modem is effectively down and is in constant reboot/factory reset loops. It appears that the "i" button on the front has become defective and is stuck cycling on and off. I've wiped the button clean with a microfibre cloth which does not help. Unplugging or push/holding the reset button is not helping. Your help is much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;
