I may be wrong, but I believe most wifi devices are unable to go much higher than what is currently showned on your screen... an iphone 14 max download speed is around 400 Mbps if I am not mistaken. So you may actually be getting exactly what you paid for. A 3Gbps plan is typically helpful if you have multiple concurrent users drawing high download speed demand, on a persistent basis.

Hello everyone,

I’ve 3.0gbps with Bell but I’m receiving only on average 600mbps on my entire devices such new Mac, iPhone 14 and ps5. Bell also sent me a new modem but still having the issue.
So the modem is receiving the max 3200mbps but from modem to device according to Bell test speed is only 600mbps.

The bell customer service asked me to upgrade my plan but I don’t want to pay extra considering even now I’m no receiving the speed I was supposed to. So they told me we can’t do anything else.
