    <description>&lt;P&gt;Before the changes were made in the Wifi Bell app, some devices were blocked for internet. And now when transfered to the new app. I cannot give access because it indicates that they do and in reality the devices don't have access to the internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I need help to give access to all devices.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Uninstall the app. Do a power off of your device. Reboot your modem. Once your modem is fulling up and running, Login to your modem, 192.168.2.1 from a web browser. (You will need your modem password.) Verify all of your devices are connected in My devices. If everything is copacetic, close your browser. If a device is not connected, power it off &amp;amp; reconnect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once &amp;nbsp;all of your devices are up &amp;amp; working, you can reinstall the Bell Wi-Fi app. Check your app settings, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please update the Bell Community Forum if you need further assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
