Ethernet Plug in Wall broken

Hi there,

I have the 1.5GB speed service, wifi varies from one room to another which is normal I think. (200MB to 500MB) When I plug on an Ethernet plug that a Bell Technician installed in one of my rooms, the speed is now 90MB/s, is there any technician that could come fix this as soon as possible?

I have tried with different Ethernet cables and different laptops-PC-Consoles and all come back to 90MB when it used to give 1TB/s before.
