&lt;P&gt;Can you share which bank you are downloading transactions from, as well as a screen shot of info icon message you get?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does your Internet connection disconnect on all devices, or is this just affecting the banks website?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Auto DISCONNECT when downloading transactions from Bank</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have a Bell modem 1000. I download my transactions from my bank to Quicken, but recently&amp;nbsp; when I click to&amp;nbsp; download, the internet connection is reset and when I click on site info (the "lock" in address bar on top, it shows an info icon that tells me that&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;the bank's&amp;nbsp; connection is not secure&lt;/FONT&gt;. (&amp;nbsp; reason why it's disconnected) .I have been in contact with the bank's help for a week now but the downloading issue still remains. &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;The bank tells me to&amp;nbsp; CONTACT BELL&lt;/FONT&gt; REGARDING THIS ISSUE &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;as it is&lt;/FONT&gt; &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;not theirs.&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; If&amp;nbsp; someone can help me, I'd appreciate that very much.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bank is Libro &amp;nbsp;credit union&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it only affects the bank website(disconnects)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other pages stay open an d connected screen shot attached&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_3499.jpeg" style="width: 4032px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forum.bell.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/2057i512AE127603EE767/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_3499.jpeg" alt="IMG_3499.jpeg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your reply &lt;a href="https://forum.bell.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1067313723"&gt;@JuEm&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;Are you still having trouble accessing the website?&lt;BR /&gt;If you are, can you please let us know if you connected via Wi-Fi, or Ethernet, and which modem you have? Also, are you using any third party equipment such as a router, or are you connected to a VPN?&lt;BR /&gt;We recommend that you test this using a different device/web browser to see if the same thing happens.&lt;BR /&gt;Keep the Community posted,&lt;BR /&gt;- Patricia&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
