I want to help. Could you give me some information & specifics on just what is you want to do? Are you referring to Bell web mail? If you log in to Bell web mail & delete an email it will disappear from your Inbox. It is then put in to your Deleted folder or Junk folder depending on what you chose to do with it. Select the folder you put it & then select the Trashcan to delete. You will be prompted. Choose Yes..... voila, that is all that is required.

To delete it permanently,

Hi @WelshTerrier,

The easiest way to delete email is via a browser-based connection ("webmail"). It acts directly on Bell's email server, unlike client-side software like Outlook or Thunderbird.

It would be great if the OP replies to the Forum with any questions or an update. I posted the webmail steps to take. 🤞
