topic Sonos system and Pods in Internet

I have the hub 4000, and two pods for my fibe 3gig service.... My issue is that i have 8 Sonos speakers thought my home, with some connecting to the hub, and some to each of the two pods. Before my switch to Bell and the pods, my Sonos system would work fine - showing, and allowing me to control all 8 speakers. With the bell pods however, I can only control the speakers that are connected to the same "connection point - pods or hub" as my phone... not the whole system. Is there anyway to fix this?

May I suggest that you reach out to Sonos. they have a very good support team that stand amongst the best in resolving technical issues

Sonos equipment is high end I have the the sound bar, 4 speakers, sub & the Move portable. It is very finicky in terms of dropping connections, etc. It is very susceptible to loss of signal & speakers dropping off your network in a power outage, or equipment change. Sonos speakers, do not like change. Try assigning an IP address to each speaker. This is a quick fix & it did solve the majority of my problems. It will not solve reboots or power outage issues.

Let me know how you make out.
