    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a pay as you go text arrangement that does not suit my needs ,it doesn't say the cost and if I change the arrangement I'm left with paying two months of use even if I'm paid up two weeks in advance plus my Internet charges might change is I do .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
