Make &amp;amp; model?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Please explain:&amp;nbsp; "&lt;SPAN&gt;If I switch to a 5G plan"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are you planning on changing your plan from a pre-paid to a monthly plan? All monthly plans include 5G.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does your device &amp;amp; eSIM support 5G? &lt;P&gt;Please bear in mind that pre-paid customers are not eligible for roaming services; as such, you will have zero service via your pre-paid eSIM until you're in Canada.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi everyone! I bought a Bell SIM card before leaving Canada a year ago. I accidentally transferred it to an eSIM, but now its not working. Customer service said my current $15 plan doesn’t support an active eSIM. (i switched the cheapest plan before leaving so I can keep my number)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If I switch to a 5G plan, will my eSIM work? Now that I’m coming back to Canada next month.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My bills are payed and my account is topped up for a year in advance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
