      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed my plan in February, the new plan says that it includes &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Call Display &amp;amp; Message Centre&lt;/SPAN&gt;. Neither of these are working. Calls come in as "No Caller ID". I can reset the password on my voicemail from the website or the Bell app, but when I call voicemail, it says user is not subscribed. Do these need to be "reactivated" on my account? I had both under my old plan but they were add-ons.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What is the make &amp;amp; model of your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried doing a restart / full power off of your device since contacting Bell?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Incoming Caller ID has nothing to do with any settings on your device. That is controlled by the carrier and the caller. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd start with contacting your Bell Mobility Customer Support and ask them once again about your y&lt;SPAN&gt;our caller line identification settings which may need to be activated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for contacting the Bell Community Forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Take care.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We wanted to check in to see if you had a chance to complete the troubleshooting tip that &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://forum.bell.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/874569699"&gt;@WelshTerrier&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; suggested? From time to time when a correction is applied to your account, there might be a small delay before it's completion and all it needs is a fresh connection to the network (restart - fully power off device, wait 2-5 minutes and power back on).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try that out and let us know the outcome.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have checked all the phone settings, all are correct, any ideas, about to give this device back to Bell, not impressed!!!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; this is only one of a couple frustrating issues, never had this before, very disappointed!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
