Good morning, @2 in 1 Account. Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for your post.

@WelshTerrier is correct. 🙂

I did want to add as well that if you port out your primary line from your Bell Mobility account with additional lines remaining still with Bell, the next line down will automatically become the primary line instead. This will generally have no effect on you or your account, however if you're receiving offers such as multi-line discounts, the primary line cannot have the offer applied and effectively acts as an "anchor" for the others to receive the offer in question.

Please note that as the Bell Community is a peer-to-peer Support channel, we cannot confirm this in regards to your account specifically.

Let us know if you have any further questions. Best wishes.

I have 4 numbers associated with my account. My daughter has been using one, and recently set up service with her boyfriend. She'd like to transfer that number to her new provider, and I was wondering what happens to the rest of my account - I'd like everything else to continue as it was.

Good Day & Welcome

Thank you for posting your question.

Please keep in mind that this is a peer-to-peer community website. As such, we do not have access to your account & billing records.

Without knowing all of the specifics, you will need to port your daughter's number that is on your Bell account to another carrier. You'll need to initiate the transfer through her new provider, and they will handle the process of canceling this Bell service and transferring this number to her new provider.

I should point out that if you port out your primary line from your Bell Mobility account with additional lines remaining still with Bell, the next line down will automatically become the primary line instead.

This will generally have no effect on you or your account, however if you're receiving offers such as multi-line discounts, the primary line cannot have the offer applied and effectively acts as an "anchor" for the others to receive the offer in question.

If you are transferring your number from Bell to another carrier, any questions related to the number transfer are best answered by the carrier you are transferring your number to. You will need to contact this supplier to arrange for this wireless transfer.

If you have any further account related questions, please call Bell Mobility Customer Service at: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.

Take care.
