Trying to reset my voicemail password. It tells my to login into mybell still can't find where to do it.

Resetting your voicemail password

If you lose or forget your voicemail password, you can reset it on your mobile phone or computer at no charge.

If there are still problems with your password, you can contact Bell to reset it (charges apply).

How to change or reset your Bell Mobility voicemail password

Access your mailbox by pressing and holding the 1 key on your mobile phone.
Press 4 for Personal options.
Press 2 for Administrative options.
Press 1 to Establish or change your password.
Press 1 to Change your password.
Enter a new password.

You can reset your voicemail password directly on MyBell. Login in to your MyBell account with any web browser & select the following web link: Reset My Voicemail Password

Just know that you’ll lose any messages in your mailbox.

You can also phone customer service to reset your password (and unfortunately there’s a charge for calling Bell to reset it).

FYI Only! If you check out your service agreement, you will see your temporary voicemail password on the first page. To access your recent agreement, login in to your MyBell account with any web browser & select the following web link: My Agreements

You can also reset your password by contacting: Bell Customer Service (There would be a charge to have Bell reset this for you.)

You can reset your voicemail password through MyBell at no charge. Just know that you’ll lose any messages in your mailbox. That also happens if you phone customer service to reset your password. (A charge will apply if you have customer service reset your password for you.)

This link does not work... there is no way on the app to change your voicemail so you have to call bell and get charged? We'll that seems like a scam

Welcome to the community and thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Can you please share with the community what you mean by "there is no way on the app to change your voicemail so you have to call bell and get charged?".

Via the app you can reset your mobility voicemail password by following these steps: From the Home screen select Services > the mobile number in question > Setting (mechanical wheel icon on the top right corner of your screen) > Voicemail password > Reset password.

In the instance that the link and/or steps are not working, we will need more details on what is happening. If any error messages pop up, please let us know the error message in question.

Give the steps a try and keep the community updated with the results.
