    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Day &amp;amp; Welcome to the Bell Community Forum..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you purchase your new iPhone from Bell or from another supplier such as Apple?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If your new iPhone 17 won't charge, first check the charging cable, power adapter, and wall outlet for damage or a loose connection. Are you charging the new iPhone with the USB-C cord that was provided? Have you tried a different power adapter?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Apple does not supply a power adapter with the new iPhone 17. Please verify that the adapter you are using is at a minimum&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;20W USB-C Fast Charger.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If your iPhone has a frozen screen, doesn't respond when you touch it, becomes stuck when you turn it on, please try to&amp;nbsp;force restart the iPhone and ensure it has the latest iOS update.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.apple.com/en-ca/116940" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Restart an unresponsive iPhone - Apple Support (CA)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it still won't charge, there may be a hardware issue that requires professional help.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Just purchased a &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="iPhone 17 Pro" id="iPhone 17 Pro"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;3 days ago and it&amp;nbsp; now it isn't charging at all. Has anyone else experienced this? I've tried all trouble shooting I've found online and nothings working&lt;/P&gt;</description>
