Hello EssEm.
I use the Bell app and so my instructions are for the app. If you use MyBell.bell.ca website, you just need to find the appropriate starting point.

Once you log in to the app, your home page has a human icon on the top right of the screen for PROFILE. You click that and it shows your profile. Scroll down to the SECURITY AND RECOVERY section and click on Contact Information and you will be presented with the options available. Click on your number remove from authentication option.

Note: you can only remove your phone number if your email exists in your profile. If there is no email address, add it in the same location first, then proceed to remove your phone number.

BigVee-TO

Good Day & Welcome @EssEm

As @Bigvee-TO mentioned earlier, you can add your email as another verification method for MFA from within the MyBell app.

You can also make changes to your email address or phone number by following instructions on the MyBell profile web page.

You are required to have both an email address and a number associated with your MyBell profile in order to use multi-factor authentication (MFA).

If you’ve already verified a number for use with multi-factor authentication (MFA), you can choose to add another method of contact to have your one-time verification code sent by text.

I highly recommend having both methods of recovery set up in your profile. If for any reason you cannot access your MFA recovery email, you will still be able to access your MyBell account using your phone number recovery.

Multi-factor authentication for MyBell : What is multi-factor authentication (MFA)?

Take care.
