Why I see 3G signal in my antenna bar?

I am persisting an issue with 3G signal in my iPhone and seems this is something unusual with Bell. Does anyone has the same issue with your line? I can’t believe that Bell is still using 3G range.

I don’t think you have answered my question. I’m having the 3 G signal even when I am inside inside of some building and I never saw it before with any provider. Also, after that I can not receive callas and make pot going calls at all. This is unacceptable.
