Cell service outage in Levack, Ontario

There is no cell service in Levack, Ontario. I can't make calls except for emergencies and there's no internet.

If there is a link to report outages I couldn't find it. Navigating Bell for anything is like doing a maze puzzle blindfolded. It's ridiculous to say the least.

Yeah like I said before, navigating Bell for anything is ridiculously difficult. Here is a screenshot of my support page. As you can see there is no virtual repair tab.
