For clarity, are you referring to the QR code used for activating a new eSIM? If so, you'll want to check out our Support page, Setting up your eSIM - from there, you can select the prompt for your phone's manufacturer (in your case, Apple).You can then follow the instructions provided, with the QR code in question included.

In the instance that you're attempting to complete a hardware upgrade after receiving your new phone in the mail, simply log in your MyBell portal and follow the prompts after selecting Activate my order.
