topic Lost Mobile Service in Lachine Quebec, No 5g and 3G and LTE in Mobility

Good Day & Welcome.

Thank you for posting your question.

In order to better assist you, could you please provide further details as to the issues you're experiencing?

Are you seeing "SOS only" or completely no signal bars?

Please keep in mind that are also many other factors that can limit signal strength; topography, environmental conditions, line of sight to towers, high number of users in the area, types of buildings in the area, etc.

To fix a "no service" issue on your Bell Mobility phone, restart your device, toggle Airplane mode on and off, or remove and reinsert your physical SIM card.

Do you know of anyone else in the area having similar issues?

Have you tried changing the network settings in your phone? Sometimes preventing your phone from searching for 5G can free up resources to focus on LTE instead.

What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Check Carrier Settings: See if there are any updates available for your carrier settings.

Check SIM Card: Make sure your SIM card is properly inserted and try restarting your phone.

Update Software: Have you verified that your device iOS / OS is up to date?
