Bell does not post details such as this in advance on this website. We are unable to answer your question at this time. We would only be speculating on the availability of this limited-time offer.

Once your travel pass expires, you can view & purchase available Travel Passes on your mobile device using the MyBell App or by logging in to your MyBell account and selecting your Mobility service.

The Global 365-day Travel Pass is an exclusive, limited-time offer. There are no guarantees that it will be available for purchase when it comes time for you to purchase a travel pass.

Once your travel pass expires, you can view & purchase available Travel Passes on your mobile device using the MyBell App or by logging in to your MyBell account and selecting your Mobility service.

i received several replies indicating it is an exclusive offer and nobody know if it will renew automatically.

As mentioned previously, Bell does not post details such as this in advance on this website. The Bell Global 365 Day Travel Pass was released in August of 2025.

Bell Travel Passes do not renew automatically. Once an existing travel pass expires you can purchase a travel pass that is being offered by Bell at that time.

When a travel pass expires, there is no guarantee that it will be available for renewal. Travel passes are continually changing. It may be the same; it may be slightly different; or it may not be offered whatsoever.

I hope to be able to renew as this was a great feature as we traveled to many south America and european countries this winter. If they don't reoffer, I will goto Freedom Mobile. So much easier and cheaper to have a global travel pass.

So far it looks like youll have to change your plan to an Ultra plan. Not a big deal really. It costs the same for me. Dont forget that world plan upgrade cost you about 8.33 a month.

As a 50 year Bell customer I had the Gobal 365 Travel Pass for $100. Now that it is expired I see Bell now charges $120 for 30 Days International Plan. Thanks Bell it really shows how you appreciate your customers

Only a 36 year customer in my case... but my wife and I each have a $100 365 Global Pass which expire 27 Sep this year. These have been fantastic and I am posting only in the (probably vain) hope that this programme - which Bell definitely got right - will continue. Otherwise, I guess there is the eSim route.

If I’m outside Canada for approximately five consecutive months but only use around 3–4 GB of cellular data per month, does that comply with the Global 365 Pass’s restriction against permanent or semi-permanent roaming? What do they class as ‘semi-permanent roaming’? Thanks

Bell defines semi-permanent roaming as extended or continuous use of a mobile line on partner networks outside Canada. Bell's terms state that services like Roam Better and travel passes are meant for short, temporary travel. Customers must remain Canadian residents, and the majority of their overall usage must occur within Canada.

Roam Better is not to be used for roaming permanently or semi-permanently within any Roam Better destination(s).

For further clarification, you will need to contact Bell Mobility at: 1-800-667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.

Hello,

I’m writing to request clarification regarding Bell’s 365-Day Global Travel Pass.

My husband and I have previously had this travel pass on our Bell Mobility accounts and have found it extremely useful. We travel regularly and have made good use of the benefit during the year.

I recently contacted Bell Mobility because our current pass is approaching expiry, and I understand that some Bell customers are being offered the opportunity to renew or extend the 365-Day Global Travel Pass, while others are not.

The representative I spoke with confirmed that renewal offers are being made to some customers, but she was unable to clearly explain what determines eligibility.

Could you please clarify:

• What criteria Bell is using to determine which customers are offered a renewal or extension of the 365-Day Global Travel Pass?

• Is eligibility based on the customer’s current mobility plan, account history, travel usage, promotional eligibility, or some other factor?

• Is there a particular Bell Mobility plan we would need to have in order to qualify?

• Is there any way for an existing customer who has previously purchased and actively used the pass to request that the offer be added to their account?

We have been very satisfied with the pass and would gladly renew it. In fact, because we travel frequently, it is a particularly valuable feature for us and one of the reasons we appreciate our Bell Mobility service.

I would therefore appreciate a clear explanation of why some existing Bell customers are eligible to renew this travel benefit while others are not, and whether there is anything we can do to become eligible.
