&lt;LI&gt;As you just got a new phone, have you activated your new SIM? Are you trying to use your old SIM?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;When putting your SIM into an old phone, are you still disconnected?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have you checked that your APN settings are correct? If they aren't, have you reconfigured them?
