&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried inserting your SIM into another phone and seeing if the issue persists?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Is it only your data being affected, or your calls and SMS too?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;How recently did this start happening?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Is this happening only indoors, outdoors, or both?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have you contacted our technical support team to review your concern?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>data 3G instead of LTE</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;everytime i turn my data on it goes to3G instead of LTE so my data does not work at all anymore. i’ve tried restarting and updating my phone and nothing has helped. any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Mobile data not working after daylight savings time change</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After the time change my mobile data doesn't work.&amp;nbsp; I did all the easy fixes like network reset, airplane mode and restart phone tricks but it still doesn't work. How should this be fixed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
