&lt;P&gt;When experiencing issues with your services you&amp;nbsp;can try the following;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- Turn device off and remove the SIM card for a few minutes and try again after.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- Verify in the messaging settings to ensure nothing has been turned off, you can click &lt;A href="https://support.bell.ca/Mobility/Products/LG-Velvet-5G" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; for the user guide.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- Verify to make sure your device is updated to its latest version.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Check that out and let us&amp;nbsp;know if it worked.☺&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Text Messages not being sent or received</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have unlimited texting on my LG Velvet phone. Early this morning I was able to send and receive texts but nothing has been able to get through either way since. I've tried turning the phone off and on many times. Something must be stuck somewhere but I can't figure it out. Does anyone have any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
