 &lt;LI&gt;Have you tried a simple restart and resetting your network settings?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;How many reception bars are showing on your screen?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried using 2 different phones, when i do calls or recieve a call, the other person can hear me, BUT dont hear them. Switched to my other phone, same thing happens. Any one expererienced similar issue? What did you do to solve the issue? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;From fido to bell too. I have an S23 and tried restarting my phone whenever it happens like a Bell store suggested. I have full bars and 5G when it happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've done some digging and found that other Samsung Galaxy Fold users have been experiencing the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;
