    <description>&lt;P&gt;After many issues with UPSvabd the delivery of the new s23 ultra. The new phone showed ip today. So excited i I open it up to check it out. Only to find the back screen is cracked. What should I do. The last experience delivery went terrible. I really would like to have a non broken phone when I open the box I've been trying to get ahold of your care center but not successful! Please help me find prompt resolution on this matter..&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
