    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been using it several months, and yes the vehicle is compatible.&amp;nbsp; I have tried installing and uninstalling the app, and it did not help.&amp;nbsp; It took 3 days for Bell tech support to finally call me back (I was in a meeting and could not answer).&amp;nbsp; I wish they learned to use email or text if they had additional questions, insead of trying to reach people by phone ONCE and then closing the support ticket.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Nobody at the store level or phone support seems to know anything about these devices, there is no user manual to download, the app is 4 years old with zero tech support from the developer.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Very disappointing experience&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone used this device successfully?&amp;nbsp; The app has not been updated in more than 3 years.&amp;nbsp; It constantly shows the vehicle as "driving" even when it is parked.&amp;nbsp; Also more and more often it is shown as "offline" even when it is plugged in, and there is lots of open air for GPS and good cell reception.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tech support at Bell seems to know nothing about this device, how to troubleshoot it or support it.&amp;nbsp; There seems to be no way to update firmware or the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very disappointing and expensive.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Any other experiences?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you just received the &lt;A href="https://www.bell.ca/mobility/connectedcarlanding/plug-in-connectivity" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Plug-in Bell Connected Car&lt;/A&gt; device, or have you been using it for a time?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you confirm your vehicle is compatible? Check &lt;A href="https://www.bell.ca/mobility/connectedcarlanding/plug-in-connectivity" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. (most vehicles 1996 or newer are compatible)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In regards to the app displaying the vehicle driving when parked and/or showing offline; have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling to see if that resyncs the app and device?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve owned it for close to two years now and been working well! Just make sure it’s inserted all the way in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I get an engine soon light, it tell me what the issue is on the app. Never had an issue where it shows it’s driving when it’s parked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or the one you received is possibly defective. If you can’t get a hold of Bell tech support. Visit a Bell store to get it checked and possibly replaced.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
