&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;a href="https://forum.bell.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/874569699"&gt;@WelshTerrier&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; is correct, you will need to make sure that your phone IOS is updated to it's latest versions and make sure that your network settings is set to 4G/LTE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
