&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Community being a peer to peer assistance channel and not having direct access to your account, it would be hard to determine the cause of the interruption.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you checked your account status on MyBell? If you had a look and everything is in order, did you try to simply power cycle your phone (fully turn phones power off, wait approximately 1 minute before powering your phone back on)?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check that out and keep us posted with the results.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
