Apparently the other end hears the same or answers and there is nothing. &lt;P&gt;As the Community is a peer to peer assistance channel, it would be hard to determine on which side the issue may be coming from.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;Did you and/or your contact contacted your/their technical support team to open a ticket on the matter?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are you noticing the same issue with other Koodo phone numbers?&lt;/LI&gt;
