&lt;P&gt;We're sorry to hear about the difficulties with your data speeds and calling. Could you share some details with the Community to be better able to assist?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have you already spoken to Tech Support in regards to the issues?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;When you say "my area", is this only your home address? Do you see a change in service when elsewhere, i.e. going to work, going shopping, etc.?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What troubleshooting steps have you personally completed, if any? Replacing the SIM card, restarting your phone and/or trying different phones, etc.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;How long has the issue been going on for?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Do you know anyone else with Bell having similar issues in your area?&lt;/LI&gt;
