Online order shipped to my address but given to wrong person who was standing outside my building

I recently made a online purchase for the new Samsung ultra 22 plus ...and ot said will be received in3-5 days well they shipped it to my address and someone outside my building claimed my package what do I do? I don't wanna pay for a phone I never got...please help
