&lt;P&gt;Do keep in mind that many factors can limit signal strength; topography, environmental conditions, line of sight to towers, types of buildings in your area, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried changing the network settings in your phone?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are the issues only happening indoors at home, or outdoors as well?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Do you know of anyone else in the area having similar issues?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Bell reception in Wikwemikong, Ontario</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live just about two km’s from the bell cell phone tower an right now I’m getting two bars on my phone but I should be getting all four bars on my cell phone and this tower is located in Wikwemikong Ontario so if anybody can answer my question as to why this happening I think I’m not the only one that this is happening so can you please answer my question please an thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
