When I press Call Voicemail, it goes to the phone of a friend rather than the mailbox and hence I bug her.

That is definitely odd and the Community will be happy to help wherever we can.

In order to best assist, some clarifications will be needed;

What is the make, model and IOS/OS version of your phone?
Has it only started recently, or it has always redirected towards your friends phone number?
When pressing Call Voicemail, does it always call the same friend?
Have you recently activated the Call Forwarding feature on your phone?
Have you made any changes or added shortcuts to your friends saved contact information in your phone?
Have you restarted your phone recently (fully power off and back on again)? If not, give it a try.
When holding down the 1 key for a few seconds, does it reach your voicemail or your friend?
When dialing your own number (calling yourself), does it reach your voicemail or your friend?
Make sure your phone/apps are all updated to their latest versions.
What trouble shooting steps have you completed so far?
Have you got in touch with our technical support team to look into your concern and open a ticket is needed?
