    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have any signs of physical damage on your device? Is your iPhone 12 IOS up to date? Are all of your apps up to date. If not, then do a complete power down of your device. Power up your device after 30 seconds. Check to see if there is an IOS update. If so, complete this step. Once completed, check for app updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go back in to settings &amp;amp; try to turn on Wi-Fi &amp;amp; Bluetooth. If you can do this great. If not, then you will need to contact Apple tech support: &lt;STRONG&gt;1-800-263-3394&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
