 &lt;LI&gt;If it was a Hardware Upgrade done online, was the order activated via My Bell and new SIM card inserted in the new phone?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Is any other services affected (calls, text, data, etc.)?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;And did you do the basic things like restart and turn phone on . That should not be happening .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
