If you are on a SmartPay plan, you would need to pay off your device and any agreement fees related &nbsp;to your service cancellation.</P><P>The device &amp; mobility service are in your name. Your question basically is “ Am I responsible for the device, any damages, charges, incurred if I sell it to someone else and or allow them to use it? Will Bell Mobility hold me accountable for charges incurred by them? <STRONG>Yes</STRONG>.</P><P>It your device was lost or stolen, the same would hold true! <STRONG>Yes</STRONG> you are responsible for the device &amp; any charges.
