Is Bell having trouble with the cell phone service in Trinity, NL? I moved here on December 1, 23, and have had no cell service at all since I’ve been here. I pay over 200 a month for my cell phone , so not having service in a populated area for a month and a half is very disappointing.

Hi there, @BRP. Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for your post.

@dks is correct - you can use the linked coverage map to get a general idea as to coverage in your area.

Beyond that, have you taken the time to speak to our Tech Support team and open a ticket for further investigation? A month and a half is a long time to go without cellular service; from your description, it sounds like you may be residing in an area with an already known network issue. The Tech Support team would be able to confirm if this is indeed the case.

In the meantime, for service while at home, we recommend checking out our page on Wi-Fi Calling

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
