&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you acquire a new phone, you simply insert your SIM card and the switch is done automatically. Unless the new phone is on a blocked list or locked to a different provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you able to make/receive calls and send/receive texts?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
