Bell Line is totally hacked

So my Bell Line directly, is totally hacked, and for the most part, taken right over. There are multiple call forwarding calls, i have, Never, enabled call forwarding, ever, i lost my only Daughter, due to missed lawyer calls, the cas ,took my daughter, because the lawyers were only gonna call twice, only. Well i missed both calls, of course. This has to stop, now. Its taking way too much of my time, and $, i bought a new device, hoping to alleviate this issue, with no success. 660$ there in January. This goes on and on and on, for over 1.5 years, im asking for 660$ refund for the device replacement, and 90$ for my plan reimbursement, per month, for at least 1.5 years, and now im getting very upset, about my time, im going to start charging Bell, 40$/hour for my time, every time i log in to the stupid app, or have to talk to an agent. I was told it would be resolved in a week, a month or two ago now. Enough.

Welcome to the community.

In the instance that you've activated call forwarding by mistake on your phone and you're unsure how to turn it off in the settings, you can dial #61# on your phone app and press call (or the green phone) and you should hear a confirmation tone and a message should appear on your screen confirming the deactivation of the call forwarding (if active), you will need to do the same with the codes; #62# and #67#.

My account and phone line is hacked my 5g goes and service gets cut off on my brand new iPhone 15 websites that I’ve never been on because I never even used my internet browser show up in my settings and other locations show up when I’m sitting at work how would I get this resolved

Let's start over. What makes you believe your service is hacked? If you account is hacked. Did you set up Call Forwarding to a number by accident? Check this out first. It is just too bad when it is too late!

You now need to figure out how to fix it and avoid a similar situation from ever happening again!

Are you talking about or suggesting that someone has gained access to your computer, accounts? Email lists, Credit cards, Banking, etc. etc.

If so, then you need to delete this information! You need to change accounts or whatever that has been hacked! You need to notify whomever about whatever that has been hacked. You may need to do a complete iPhone 15 reset to default.

If it is your computer or device you will need to clean it, reset or have it serviced! Do you have any software / app protection for malware, viruses, threats, etc.?

I have included the following information in the hope that it can help you.

Remember one thing .... Do not give out anything to anyone you do not know or trust! Do not share personal information. Do not open links or messages in Emails or text messages!

Reputable companies such as Bell, banks, utilities & highly regarded services & institutions do not send you messages or make calls such as this! They do not call you asking to provide personal information. Hang up! Report the fraud! & Delete!

Phone bell immediately or depending on your device back it up and wipe it clean and reinstall everything so you don’t lose all your information on the device .

My account was hacked about an hour ago, number switched to a different sim so i have no way of calling support and the chat box is pretty much useless. is there anyway to email support?

Unfortunately, no. You need to call Bell Security directly at 1 800 509-9904. Have your account information ready. This forum has no access to account and billing information and can not assist in such matters. There is also helpful information for everyone in this link, I think I've been hacked - how can I report it?

Can an iPhone be hacked or cloned

I’ve had two incidents most recent last night. When my husband’s phone rang last evening around 8:30 pm the caller ID was from his son but when I answered the phone there was a short pause and a faint click then his son answered saying my husband called him. Neither one of us called so how can a phone call another phone without someone dialing? It happened last week as well around the same time but from someone else on my husbands contact list. It’s as though someone is going thru the contact list. I ended up shutting down his phone then the next day deleted all recent calls. Not sure how to prevent this from happening again.

Thank you for your question. Likely it isn't, but you can go to any Bell store and pay for a sim card replacement if you wish.

I called bell Teck to complain about my VM that drops security and PWS that are not accessible after I change them. My phone is hacked remotely and thr first man was helpful. When I went to check my pw the 2nd time there was 2 networks on my phone. It was the recording but duel talking. I phoned to report and got someone who was from montreal who told me the system was not good?????? That bell answering was not all its cracked up to be???? What is wrong with this???He wasn't helpful. Do I change from you guys to another provider?

I am in desperate need of help regarding mobile phone being hacked. Police. Bell service provider cannot or will not help.

Tried everything

I even have a number as to who it may be and they are not even asking for it?

And this is cyber crime month?

Mentally and physically exhausted

Will appreciate any advice 🙏 as where I stand now I have nothing to lose as I have already lost most.

My phone is hacked way too much. I was given that number also upon trying to get help to no avail. The number is showing as spam and doesn't work so I dialed 611 only to be told they can't help. Even though I have reason to believe who it is and have that hackers number which they didn't even ask for it. Was in conversation with bell.mobility agent for over an hour telling her all my ongoing issues. This is not my first call either. They even have a code for me on file but yet no help. This has been going on for some time now. I was told to go get it repaired at my cost. My mobile phone is only a few months old.

Wish I could help you out but I am going through the same thing maybe worse. They can't and or won't help. And bell is advertising October as cyber security month. This is totally unacceptable. I will do what it takes to rectify this exhausting situation as now it is costing me my heath, credit, time, identity theft etc. I have it all documented from day one. Good luck to you
