&lt;P&gt;We wanted to check in and see if you've had any success getting your data to connect via a VPN since your post. If so, could you provide a few details?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;For the sake of troubleshooting, are you able to make use of your data normally when the VPN is disabled?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried with different VPNs?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Could you clarify a bit as to how it doesn't work? Is this zero bars to being unusable, or a degradation of speed?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What troubleshooting steps have you otherwise completed?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If all else has failed, have you taken the time to contact our Tech Support team and open a ticket?&lt;/LI&gt;
