      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Which mobility plan do you have? Is this a Pre-paid plan? Is your account topped up? Are you able to make any calls? If so, are you using Wi-Fi calling? Have you updated your emergency location?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Have you checked on MyBell &amp;amp; verified that your service is still activated?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This can also be a result of a number of different things, however the majority of the time it's simply due to your phone randomly disconnecting from the network. A quick fix is to fully power off your phone and wait a few minutes and power it back on again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If after checking all of the above &amp;amp; you are still experiencing issues, I would contact Bell Mobility Customer Service by calling:&amp;nbsp;Dial&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="tel:#321" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;#321&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;from a Bell device or call&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="tel:18885379999" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;1 888 537-9999&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you contacting the Bell Community Forum.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Take care.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
