Will 911 know my Location if I moved and kept my original number?

I live in Nova Scotia. I moved here from Newfoundland 4 years ago. I kept my NL cell phone number so I pay .75 for 911. If I have to call 911 for an emergency situation will I get a dispatch office in Newfoundland or will they be able to get to NS 911 office?

I will assume that when you moved you changed your account & service address for your mobility service. If not, then you should do so.

When you make a 911 call from a cell phone, the call is first directed to a nearby cell tower. The cell tower then determines your approximate location using your phone's GPS coordinates or by measuring the signal strength and triangulating the position of your phone.

You will reach 911 in the locality that you are making that emergency 911 call from.

You should pay particular interest to the section related to Wi-Fi calling.

IMPORTANT: 9-1-1 support is limited over Wi-Fi. Emergency personnel are not able to track your location when you call 9-1-1 through Wi-Fi Calling. In the event of an emergency, a 9-1-1 dispatcher will require an address to locate your whereabouts. If you are unable to communicate with the 9-1-1 operator, they will dispatch help to the address listed in your Wi-Fi Calling settings. Please update this address when you change locations.
