Please explain what you mean by this.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a new device/ Have you verified your device and / or transferred service to this device on MyBell?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order to turn on Wi-Fi calling, you must be connected to a Wi-Fi network? Are you connected to a network? Does your mobility plan indicate Wi-Fi calling option is activated? Have you tried restarting your device? Turning off your W-Fi?
