Saving/Archiving/Downloading Voicemails?

I have two very important and dear voicemails to me that I go through and save every week or so in order not to lose them. Does Bell not provide any way to permanently save or archive voicemails? Or any way to receive/download the files?

(I have the voicemail mms feature but didn't have it when I first received the voicemails)

If there is a way to do it through the phone, what are the steps?

I can not lose these messages.

Hey there @MobilityUser,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

We can definitely understand and would love to have a feature that would extract the voicemails into a voice file for you. However, you will need to use a recording device while playing the voicemail on speaker.

If you do not have a recording device, you can call your voicemail from a friends phone on speaker and record it with your cellphone. To do so, once you call your number, let it ring until your voicemail starts, at that moment hit the "#" key and it will ask you for your password and will allow you to listen to your voicemails.

Hope this helps.
