&lt;P&gt;Have you had access to your &lt;A href="https://support.bell.ca/Mobility/Rate_plans_features/Voicemail_via_MMS" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Voicemail via MMS&lt;IMG style="display: inline; padding-bottom: 5px;" src="https://stage-forum.bell.ca/html/assets/Accessiblity_Arrow.png?version=preview" border="0" alt="Opens in a new tab or window" /&gt;&lt;/A&gt; in the past, or have you recently opted in to receive them?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do keep in mind that you need to be connected to your mobile data to receive any kind of multi-media message as well, including Voicemail via MMS.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also make sure that you haven't deleted or deactivated any of the built-in media player apps that came with your phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Furthermore, Voicemail via MMS is a complementary feature - you'll still need to call in to your inbox to manage your messages and settings, as you would have before.&lt;/P&gt;
