Thank you for reply. As this is a user to user focused forum, we have no way to have any input into technical issues unless they might have a direct impact on the customer experience. Bell staff may comment, but my experience with Bell over the years is they have the network people do network and customer service people do customer service.

Bell mobility 5G routing cloudflare DNS to EWR datacentre instead of the one in Toronto (YYZ)

Note - I live in Toronto.

What is the solution to reroute the traffic via YYZ ? This issue I see only with Bell mobility. Bell Fibe does route to YYZ correctly.

Thank you for your question. I suspect routing is dynamic and can have many reasons for that. Bell tends not to comment on routing issues. And Bell staff may or may not comment until tomorrow. Are you seeing any specific issues on your end?

Thank you for replying, no specific issues but I suspect it might degrade performance when using cloudflare. Using Cloudflare DNS, have seen performance improvements in page load times and am hoping to see if its something that can be resolved.

Wanted to see if there is a change in APN settings that needs to be made to route it through Toronto data centres ?
